1. Log in to your account or create one if you dont have one. Fill in all the information required.

It is important to list a telephone number because when we ship the orders the courier UPS requires a telephone number to contact the client in case they attempt the delivery but do not find anyone at the address.

2. Go to the catalogue section and select from the  list of items available in any of the  categories. By clicking on any of the item names, you can see more detail regarding the item.

The prices are in american Dollars, but you can choose the currency by using the currency converter provided.

3. If you wish to order the item on view, simply select the size and enter the quantity you want. Once done, you then click on the "Add Item" button to place the item in your "shopping bag".

4. To order additional items, click on the same or new Category tab (eg. Swimwear or Underwear) again to show a full list for that category and repeat steps 2 & 3.

5. Once you have finished adding items to your "shopping bag" click on the 'Checkout' button to proceed to the next step.

Note: If you have made a mistake you can simply close your browser and start again.

You can also remove items and/or change quantities for selected items before proceeding to the next step in the process.

You can also monitor the items selected for purchase by clicking on the "shopping cart" icon on the top of the page at any time.

6. Click on 'Next' button to proceed to the 'Address' page. You can enter your Billing Address and, if different, your Delivery Address by firstly checking the box indicating to "deliver to a different address".

7. Click on the 'Next' button to proceed to the Delivery Page. Select the method of shipping for your order.

For now we only offer the service express delivery with UPS and it costs USD $6.00 - Convertir / Convert american dollars.

8. Now move on to the "Select method of Payment" page. Here you find the options of payment available:

• PAYPAL: in order to pay using your credit card or debit card via paypal you need to use your paypal account, if you do not have one you can create it very easily on their site www.paypal.com
• 2checkout
• Western Union:When you choose this option  we will send you immediately a message with the information on how to fill out the money order.
• Bank transfer or deposit:When you choose this option we will send you a message immediately telling you the Bank account number where you should make the deposit depending on where you live.In the USA you can deposit directly into our Bank of America account, ask us for the account information if you would like to pay with a bank transfer.

We will confirm that the defect is not cause by the customer  and deliver a replacement  at our expense .

In case the defective item is sold out or not available in the same size  we will offer the customer the option to choose from the catalogue any other item to replace it.

We are not responsible for garments damaged by unproper washing methods.
