How to buy?

1. PROVIDE SHIPPING INFORMATION

Log in to your account or create one if you don’t have one. Fill in all required information.

It is important to provide a telephone number because when shipping orders the courier requires a telephone number to contact the customer in case he/she attempts delivery but cannot find anyone at the address.

2. product selection

Go to a product category and select a product from the list of available products in any of the categories. By clicking on any of the item names, you can see more details about the product.

Prices are in U.S. dollars for all countries except Mexico where they are shown in Mexican pesos and Brazil where they are shown in Brazilian reals.

3. Add to cart or wish list

Once you have decided on the item and would like to purchase it, add it to your cart by clicking on add to cart. If you want to save the product for another time, add it to the wish list.

4. CONTINUE SHOPPING

To order additional items, click continue shopping to again display a complete list for that category and repeat steps 2 and 3.

5. PLACE ORDER

Once you have finished adding items to your “shopping cart”, click on the “PLACE ORDER” button to continue to the next step.

You can also delete items and/or change quantities of selected items in the “VIEW CART” option before proceeding to the next step of the process.

You can also monitor the items selected for purchase by clicking on the “shopping cart” icon at the top left of the page at any time.

6. DATA

You will see the “PLACE ORDER” section where you can change your billing address and, if different, your delivery address.

7. MEANS OF PAYMENT

Next to the data you will find the payment method. You have the option to pay by bank transfer, PayPal, credit and debit card and with OXXO only in Mexico.
