Do I need an account to shop?
No. You can check out as a guest. For convenience, we recommend creating an account so you don’t have to re-enter your shipping and billing details each time.
How do I place an order?
Add items to your cart. When you’re ready, go to Checkout. Review your details and confirm your purchase and payment.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Sorry—once an order is placed, we can’t cancel or modify it. This helps us pack efficiently and avoid errors. Please double-check your order before completing payment.
I have a discount code—how do I use it?
At checkout you’ll see a box labeled Discount code. Enter your code there.
How do I know my order is confirmed?
You’ll receive a confirmation email after placing your order. Orders ship only after payment is approved and your billing and shipping addresses are verified. If you have an account, you can also check My Account > Orders.
How can I track my delivery?
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. You can follow the delivery with our logistics partner.
What are the shipping fees?

Can I change my shipping address after my order is confirmed?
No—once an order is confirmed, we can’t change the shipping address. Please make sure it’s correct at checkout.

I received a defective product—what should I do?
